Shipping & Returns Policy
*Covid 19 Lockdown 5 Update
Due to the current level 5 lockdown and the increase in online shopping this Christmas we are experiencing delays of up to 7-10 days on delivery with our couriers. We ask people to please be mindful around delivery time this year. Please allow 10 – 12 working days starting the day after your order. We are working to full capacity to ensure your packages are with you within a reasonable time frame.
Should an issue arise, please contact us and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Mastercard Debit, Visa Debit, American Express and Paypal.
What happens after I’ve ordered:
We will send you a confirmation email with your order details. When we ship your items you will also get a dispatch email.
What if I am not available on the day of delivery?
Your delivery may require a signature so it is always best to have your parcel delivered where someone will be available to receive it. A work address is good for this reason, but if you are having your order sent to work please remember to include the company name and the department where you work.
Most of our items are sent via couriers, some of which may require a signature. If you are unable to sign for a delivery you will be left a card with contact details for the delivery carrier. You will be able to contact the courier directly and arrange redelivery if necessary. Orders being delivered by post usually don’t require a signature.
Please note: Our orders will arrive in a Nima Brush custom green branded box. It gives our brand identity, much like receiving a branded shopping bag when you shop in a particular shop.
We would advise you keep this is mind if the person you are gifting for lives at the same residence.
When will I get my items?
Orders can take any time between 5 – 7 working days. Once your items are dispatched you’ll receive a notification email that you order is complete. Once you receive this email you should receive your order within 5 – 7 working days. From time of order to dispatch this can vary between busy periods but we aim to have dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow extra time for Sale periods, Special Offers, Black Friday & Christmas.
How do I track my delivery?
If there is a delay on your order or it has been several days since receiving our dispatch email please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can forward you a tracking number. Please note when you have received a dispatch email this means your order has physically left our building and is with the courier.
What is our return and refunds policy?
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with it, we will gladly offer a refund on any unwanted goods less the cost of sending the item to you when the items are returned to us with 14 days from date of delivery.
Please contact us directly and we will forward a returns address. Unfortunately we cannot cover postage for returns and we cannot accept a return on sale items. Items should be in its original packaging suitable for resale. Refunds should be with you within 5 working days of receipt of returned item.
